Return & Refund Policy
Below presents pianic.top's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the website pianic.top.
All returns would require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.
- Items received in the incorrect size/color.
- Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 14 days of receiving them.
- Any product that is not purchased from pianic.top
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
- If items are lost while being returned, we will not be able to assist you even though we wish we could. We recommend that you select a trackable shipping method to return the defective products.
- You need to afford full shipping fee for return
- Make sure we can get the return parcel within 30 business days
- Refunds will be arranged in 1-3 business days after we receive the parcel and inspect for no problem with our staff.

Once our team have received and confirmed your request for return/refund via email, we will reply to you the corresponding return address within 1-2 business day(s).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable processing time that is applied by your bank.
